How do I return an item I purchased online?

You can return your items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition with tags attached. Returns can be made via our online portal or for free at any standalone Levi’s® store in Australia.

How can I find the right fit for my Levi’s® jeans?

We provide a comprehensive Size Guide on every product page to help you find your perfect fit. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for 100% cotton denim and staying true to size for styles with stretch.
