Place the unworn items with all original tags attached into a secure mailing bag or the original shipping box.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid Australia Post shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the front of your parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to any Australia Post office or red post box and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
